SCARE Tours History & Haunt Preservation Project (Somerset County, Pennsylvania):
SCARE Tours services can benefit the community by preserving its history and presenting it to the public uniquely by researching historical sites and opening these locations to the people interested in history and haunted locations. In some cases, visitors are attracted to exploring Locations in a non-traditional method, such as day tours/explorations and "Para-Explorations" (Paranormal Investigations), which is a trend that is new and exciting! This project is FREE to all businesses that own historical locations within Somerset County, Pennsylvania, and beyond. A portion of the ticket sales goes to the site to help preserve the historic property. SCARE Tours plans out the best type of service to benefit the Location. Locations may choose to hire Guides for their events and have complete control, freeing Location staff and allowing our Guides to share their equipment and skills with the participants. There are many FREE services available for those Locations part of the HHPP. Locations outside Somerset County, Pennsylvania, may also qualify for this free service and receive a lower percentage of ticket sales to cover travel costs (a small reservation fee may be required for those distant Locations).
Haunted Location Consultations:
Every Location interested in being part of SCARE Tours, LLC, services and the History & Haunt Preservation Project will be required to undergo a highly suggested FREE "Haunted Location Consultation." The consultations are to gain information on the Location, historical data and stories, research, and physical inspection for safely doing services at the Location.
Blessings:
Blessings are FREE to all Locations that are part of SCARE Tours, LLC. Blessings are given when deemed necessary.
Private Location Pre-Paranormal Investigations (Para-Explorations):
Each Location part of SCARE Tours, LLC, services involving Para-Explorations is suggested to participate in a FREE Private Paranormal Investigation before starting services. This allows the Location an opportunity to see how Para-Explorations operate to determine if the services are a good idea for them. Paranormal Investigations by SCARE Tours, LLC, is always free to the Location itself with up to 6 trusted participants. Performing these Paranormal Investigations also allows SCARE Tours, LLC, to get a feel for a location and a chance to try and catch paranormal activity and personal experiences. All data gathered will remain confidential and stored before an event is scheduled. Only historical information, paranormal experiences, and recordings of any potential phenomenon may be shared to entice participants to search for their own experiences.
Research/Ancestry:
All Locations part of the "History & Haunt Preservation Project" receives FREE site research services. Research and ancestry work for individuals or Locations not part of the project are available at an additional cost.
Virtual Tours/Explorations:
Participants that enjoy exploring on their terms may want to experience your Location from the comfort of their own space or away from others at their own pace. The SCARE Tours Virtual Tours/Explorations consist of site information, history, photos, audio, and video (360 Video options also available). This service requires a FREE consultation and an interview of trusted members of a Location's establishment. Fees vary depending on travel and how much content a Location wishes to share. Guide Rental
Locations that wish to control their events and ticket sales can hire our Guides to work for them. Guides come equipped with the skills and tools to lead and supervise Para-Explorations. A hired Guide will free up any of the Location members to do what they need to do, and Guides may be able to assist with specific event-related tasks to make the event perform smoothly.

Special Classes
Classes through SCARE Tours LLC invite a variety of interests to be shared by many different skilled professionals. In addition, our network of colleges and friends can share many types of courses with our participants at a specific location.
Special Events
Locations wishing to try something a little different can request a special event. Just offer some ideas to the SCARE Tours LLC creative team, and they will collaborate to make special events successful!
